Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

• If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done before dispatch.

• Upon cancellation, 2.5% payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

• The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, applicable only in cases of product damage.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage.

• Returns without video evidence may be rejected.
